端面銑床由以下幾部分構(gòu)成：Face milling machine consists of the following sections


　　1. 床身:端面銑床床身分為雙矩形導(dǎo)軌和一矩一V合組形導(dǎo)軌兩種，床身導(dǎo)軌面都經(jīng)過超音頻淬火處理，深度為3-5毫米，硬度為HRC-52.耐磨性能好，使用壽命長.


　　Lathe bed ：face milling machine lathe bed is divided into double rectangular guideway and a rectangular and a V composite guideway，Lathe bed guide surface get through super audio quenching processing，the depth is3-5mm，the hardness is HRC-52，the machine has excellent wearability and long life.


　　2. 工作臺:工作臺采用優(yōu)質(zhì)耐磨鑄鐵鑄造而成，精加工后，采用手工鏟刮與導(dǎo)軌面配鏟而成。工作臺的進(jìn)給采用變頻器，實現(xiàn)無級變速。


　　Worktable:worktable is made of high quality cast iron ， after finishing， adopts manual shovel scraping and guide surface scraping，worktable feed adopts frequency converter， achieve stepless variable speed.


　　立柱：立柱的導(dǎo)軌是采用一高一矮兩條矩形導(dǎo)軌組合而成。其高導(dǎo)軌高出矮導(dǎo)軌55毫米，結(jié)合面積大，穩(wěn)定性能高，剛性好。采用超音頻淬火處理，硬度耐磨性能好。工件高度不受機(jī)床限制，可垂直上下銑削。


　　Column：column guide adopts two rectangular guideways(one is high，the other is short). the high guideway is 55mm higher than the short one， the large guide surface， high stability， good rigidity.it Is made of super audio quenching treatment， the hardness wear-resisting performance is good. Workpiece height without being limited by the machine， vertical milling，it can work in vertical way(up and down)


　　4.橫向床身：橫向床身是在水平面上垂直與主床身，沿垂直與主床身中心線在水平面作前后運(yùn)動。具有銑削寬廣的特點(diǎn)。由減速電機(jī)帶動絲杠螺母運(yùn)動。


　　Horizontal lathe bed:Horizontal lathe bed is vertical with the main lathe bed in the horizontal plane，movement(front and back) with the main lathe bed center line in the horizontal plane along the vertical. Milling is broad，the leadscrew nut is driven by a speed reducer


　　5. 主軸：擁有獨(dú)立進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)，進(jìn)給速度由變頻器控制，可根據(jù)工件不同材質(zhì)，調(diào)節(jié)鏜孔(鉆孔)速度。 其中自動進(jìn)給可選300/460/600mm，手動微調(diào)為150mm


　　Spindle has independent feed system， feed speed is controlled by frequency converter， according to different workpiece material to adjust the speed of boring (bore). Which automatically feed optional is 300/460/600 mm， manual fine tuning is 150 mm


　　端面鏜銑床特點(diǎn)：the characteristics of face boring and milling machine


　　1.工作臺進(jìn)給及銑頭上下進(jìn)給均采變頻調(diào)速，工件可沿工作臺長向銑削，也可由銑頭上下銑削 Worktable feed and milling head (up and down)feed adopt frequency Control ，This machine can solve workpiece facade machining and the length overtical machining.


　　2.銑頭設(shè)置了內(nèi)置飛輪，以增加切削平穩(wěn)性。銑頭內(nèi)齒輪均采用了20Cr滲碳淬火，并經(jīng)過了磨齒工藝。齒輪具有良好的耐磨性及耐沖擊性能


　　The milling head install the internal flywheel， in order to increase the cutting stability. Milling head internal gear adopts 20 cr carburizing and quenching， and get though gear grinding process， Gear has a good wear resistance and impact resistance performance


　　3. 銑頭采用了獨(dú)立潤滑泵潤滑，各導(dǎo)軌采用手動潤滑泵潤滑，各走刀箱采用浸油潤滑。Milling head has adopted independent lubrication pump to lubricate， every guide uses the manual lubrication pump to lubricate， the feed- box adopts oil lubrication


　　4.可據(jù)用戶要求方便的將銑頭換成鏜銑頭，使機(jī)床具有鏜削功能。


　　The user can substitute milling head for boring and milling head according to the user‘s request，make the machine l with the functions of boring
