1、龍門(mén)框架：床身、工作臺(tái)、立柱、橫梁等基礎(chǔ)件均采用樹(shù)脂砂造型，高強(qiáng)度HT300優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鐵，并經(jīng)時(shí)效處理，設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)合理，鑄造及加工工藝性好，具有高的剛度，良好的抗撓性和優(yōu)良的精度穩(wěn)定性。

2、導(dǎo)軌：各軸導(dǎo)軌均采用矩形方軌，運(yùn)動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌采用聚四氟乙烯軟帶方式。

3、進(jìn)給驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置及控制：X、Y、Z軸均采用交流數(shù)字進(jìn)給伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，Z軸有制動(dòng)保護(hù)控制，斷電時(shí)自動(dòng)夾緊，可防止鏜銑頭出現(xiàn)下滑“現(xiàn)象”，各軸皆采用C3級(jí)精密滾珠絲杠、絲杠軸承采用滾珠絲杠專(zhuān)用軸承，精度可靠，傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)。同時(shí)各軸均設(shè)有防止超程等保護(hù)措施。

4、橫梁是龍門(mén)機(jī)床關(guān)鍵部件，它除支撐立式鏜銑頭外，還承受立式鏜銑頭加工時(shí)產(chǎn)生的主切削力，應(yīng)具有足夠的剛性保證加工的精度，橫梁采用封閉式箱型結(jié)構(gòu)，內(nèi)部除合理布局有加強(qiáng)筋外，在方箱形對(duì)角線布置有斜拉筋，使橫梁斷面抗扭剛度大大增強(qiáng)。為了使基準(zhǔn)導(dǎo)軌不因承受鏜銑頭重量產(chǎn)生彎曲變形， 橫梁導(dǎo)軌采用與水平面呈60度夾角，將橫滑板向下與前傾的力矩減小，可將側(cè)向切削扭矩降到最低程度，可大幅提高重切削時(shí)之精度和剛性。
