迅達(dá)機(jī)床公司生產(chǎn)的數(shù)控定梁龍門(mén)銑床是集機(jī)、電、液等先進(jìn)技術(shù)于一體的機(jī)械加工設(shè)備,主要用于平面、曲面和孔的加工。廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)床、軍工、工程機(jī)械、礦山機(jī)械、印刷、模具等制造行業(yè)的零件的粗、精加工,根據(jù)用戶加工工藝需要可在立式鏜銑頭上配置各種附件銑頭(特殊定貨),利用立式鏜銑頭一次裝夾可以對(duì)工件五個(gè)面進(jìn)行銑、鏜、鉆、鉸、攻絲等多工序加工。該機(jī)床可實(shí)現(xiàn)立式鏜銑頭橫向、垂直運(yùn)動(dòng)與工作臺(tái)縱向運(yùn)動(dòng)的三軸聯(lián)動(dòng)。

structural features of the machine
1、龍門(mén)框架:床身、工作臺(tái)、立柱、橫梁等基礎(chǔ)件均采用樹(shù)脂砂造型,高強(qiáng)度HT300優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鐵,并經(jīng)時(shí)效處理,設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)合理,鑄造及加工工藝性好,具有高的剛度,良好的抗撓性和優(yōu)良的精度穩(wěn)定性。
Gantry frame:Lathe bed, table, column, beam, etc all adopts resin sand molding and high-quality HT300 cast iron,all of them are by aging treatment. Our production has reasonable design structure,perfect casting and machining technology, high rigidity, good flexing resistance and precision stability
2、導(dǎo)軌:各軸導(dǎo)軌均采用矩形方軌,運(yùn)動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌采用聚四氟乙烯軟帶方式。

3、進(jìn)給驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置及控制:X、Y、Z軸均采用交流數(shù)字進(jìn)給伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),Z軸有制動(dòng)保護(hù)控制,斷電時(shí)自動(dòng)夾緊,可防止鏜銑頭出現(xiàn)下滑“現(xiàn)象”,各軸皆采用C3級(jí)精密滾珠絲杠、絲杠軸承采用滾珠絲杠專(zhuān)用軸承,精度可靠,傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)。同時(shí)各軸均設(shè)有防止超程等保護(hù)措施。

4、橫梁是龍門(mén)機(jī)床關(guān)鍵部件,它除支撐立式鏜銑頭外,還承受立式鏜銑頭加工時(shí)產(chǎn)生的主切削力,應(yīng)具有足夠的剛性保證加工的精度,橫梁采用封閉式箱型結(jié)構(gòu),內(nèi)部除合理布局有加強(qiáng)筋外,在方箱形對(duì)角線布置有斜拉筋,使橫梁斷面抗扭剛度大大增強(qiáng)。為了使基準(zhǔn)導(dǎo)軌不因承受鏜銑頭重量產(chǎn)生彎曲變形, 橫梁導(dǎo)軌采用與水平面呈60度夾角,將橫滑板向下與前傾的力矩減小,可將側(cè)向切削扭矩降到最低程度,可大幅提高重切削時(shí)之精度和剛性。
Beam is the key part of gantry machine tool, It supports vertical boring and milling head and the main cutting force produced by vertical boring and milling.It has sufficient rigidity to ensure machining accuracy.It has reinforcing rib and diagonal brace on the diagonal of box,to enhance the torsional stiffness on beams section.In order to make the guide not bend and deformation., Beam guide rail adopts 60 degree Angle,to reduce the The torque of slide down and lean forward, To minimize side cutting torque,it can significantly improve the heavy cutting precision and rigidity.
