1、龍門框架：床身、工作臺、立柱、橫梁等基礎件均采用樹脂砂造型，高強度HT300優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鐵，并經(jīng)時效處理，設計結(jié)構(gòu)合理，鑄造及加工工藝性好，具有高的剛度，良好的抗撓性和優(yōu)良的精度穩(wěn)定性。

2、導軌：各軸導軌均采用矩形方軌，運動導軌采用聚四氟乙烯軟帶方式。

3、進給驅(qū)動裝置及控制：X、Y、Z軸均采用交流數(shù)字進給伺服電機驅(qū)動，Z軸有制動保護控制，斷電時自動夾緊，可防止鏜銑頭出現(xiàn)下滑“現(xiàn)象”，各軸皆采用C3級精密滾珠絲杠、絲杠軸承采用滾珠絲杠專用軸承，精度可靠，傳動平穩(wěn)。同時各軸均設有防止超程等保護措施。

4、橫梁是龍門機床關鍵部件，它除支撐立式鏜銑頭外，還承受立式鏜銑頭加工時產(chǎn)生的主切削力，應具有足夠的剛性保證加工的精度，橫梁采用封閉式箱型結(jié)構(gòu)，內(nèi)部除合理布局有加強筋外，在方箱形對角線布置有斜拉筋，使橫梁斷面抗扭剛度大大增強。為了使基準導軌不因承受鏜銑頭重量產(chǎn)生彎曲變形， 橫梁導軌采用與水平面呈60度夾角，將橫滑板向下與前傾的力矩減小，可將側(cè)向切削扭矩降到最低程度，可大幅提高重切削時之精度和剛性。
