端面鏜銑床特點(diǎn)：the characteristics of face boring and milling machine

　　1.工作臺進(jìn)給及銑頭上下進(jìn)給均采變頻調(diào)速，工件可沿工作臺長向銑削，也可由銑頭上下銑削 Worktable feed and milling head (up and down)feed adopt frequency Control ，This machine can solve workpiece facade machining and the length overtical machining.

　　2.銑頭設(shè)置了內(nèi)置飛輪，以增加切削平穩(wěn)性。銑頭內(nèi)齒輪均采用了20Cr滲碳淬火，并經(jīng)過了磨齒工藝。齒輪具有良好的耐磨性及耐沖擊性能

　　端面銑床加工范圍大，適用于鑄件、鋼件等金屬材料的端面切削，廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械制造業(yè)。特別適用于模具業(yè)、塑料模架邊框的平面銑削，可對超長工件兩端面進(jìn)行銑削、鉆孔、鏜孔等特型面加工。端面銑床可銑削工件平面，倒角加工梯形面及T型槽，鉆孔可達(dá)到φ50mm，鏜孔可達(dá)到φ400mm。加裝支承滑臺后可對超長工件兩端面進(jìn)行銑削、手動鉆孔、鏜孔及特型面加工，銑削力強(qiáng)，可滿足零件的加工要求。工作臺移動采用行星齒輪箱變速，操作靈活簡便。立柱升降采用配重卸荷裝置，上下移動輕松，既延長了絲杠的壽命，又使切削平穩(wěn)。銑削采用斜齒輪傳動，切銑面精度高，噪音低，安裝變頻裝置后可實(shí)行無級變速。整機(jī)剛性強(qiáng)，不易損壞，維修方便，功能多樣，幾何尺寸大，是機(jī)械加工的理想設(shè)備
