三、主要特點 Features 
1、予分切采用氣動分切刀，便于調(diào)整，使用方便，壓力均衡。
The pre-slitter uses pneumatic slitting blades,it is simple regulated and evenly pressed.

 
2、六對滾筒在同一圓盤上，便于更換，適應(yīng)不同規(guī)格的生產(chǎn)。
Six sets of rolls are equipped in the same round table which can be eaily changed and suitable for producing in different specifications.

 
3、此機可根據(jù)客戶要求還能在紙上打凸包，特別適合生產(chǎn)特種大空濾。
The machine can also make convex hull on paper which is especially suitable for the heavy duty air filter.

 
4、濾紙在生產(chǎn)線上完成自動打點計數(shù)，折疊加工，預(yù)熱定型等工序。
The process of the machine is auto counting,pleating,pre-heating,forming.

 
5、此機配有不銹鋼輸送裝置，能使濾紙在折疊過程中更加均勻平整。
This machine has stainless steel conveyer device,so the filter paper is pleated much more evenly and smoonthly.

 
6、此機通過電腦控制，操作方便 。
