立塑聚氨酯（TPU）夾布軟管：采用特殊的擠出技術(shù)“一次成型”工藝，由聚醚TPU內(nèi)膠層、中間纖維、高強(qiáng)滌綸長絲、圓織增強(qiáng)層和TPU外膠層組成。材質(zhì)環(huán)保、耐老化、耐水解、無毒無味、耐高底溫、抗撕拉性好、耐磨、耐刮、產(chǎn)品口徑大、流量大、承壓高、輸送效率高，工作壓力可達(dá)1.0-3.0MPa，拉斷強(qiáng)度在15噸以上。比橡膠管和鋼管重量輕、承壓強(qiáng)、輸送效率高、質(zhì)地柔軟，可盤卷、操作方便、鋪設(shè)及撤收速度快、機(jī)動靈活、環(huán)境適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、使用安全可靠和經(jīng)久耐用、免維護(hù)、無需清潔或干燥，使用壽命長，耐磨耗、耐刮擦，可在砂石、水泥等或是其它比較惡劣的環(huán)境下使用，內(nèi)壁光滑，水流阻力小，在承壓狀態(tài)下的伸長率幾乎為0，防止水帶扭曲導(dǎo)致水流阻力增大和水帶的磨損，耐熱，耐燃油、化學(xué)品、紫外線、臭氧、水、微生物等。
