排屑輸送鏈板長度和寬度根據(jù)用戶的要求制作。按節(jié)距可分為31.75，38.1，50.8，63.5，101.6。
節(jié)距為31.75mm單排極限拉伸載荷22.2kn,主要用于小型主機及短距離輸送。
節(jié)距38.1mm單排極限拉伸載荷31.8kn，主要用于中小型短距離的輸送。
節(jié)距50.8mm單排極限拉伸載荷56.7kn，
節(jié)距101.6mm單排極限拉伸載荷226.8kn,以上兩種結(jié)構(gòu)更加牢固耐用，適用于大中型主機及生產(chǎn)線上的遠距離輸送。
排屑鏈板（刮板式）銷軸在鏈板中心，鉸鏈上下凹凸相同。

鏈板的材質(zhì)可根據(jù)客戶的要求制作（A3板、1Cr13、1Cr18、302、304）
