餅干生產(chǎn)線
  烘道線適用于各類物件浸濕后通過熱風(fēng)來烘干作業(yè)。線體采用不銹鋼網(wǎng)帶或PVC帶運行,方式為直線上下循環(huán)封閉式。電能加熱溫控?zé)犸L(fēng)循環(huán),功用于物件的烘干作業(yè)。
  烘道線用途非常廣泛,烘干線適用于五金、電鍍、化工、包裝、電子、皮革、涂裝、絲印、塑膠、食品等行業(yè)。
  烘道線的特性：烘道線具有升溫快,產(chǎn)品受熱均勻,烘道線可配合車間流水線生產(chǎn)可持續(xù)不間斷烤干產(chǎn)品,烘道線還可按生產(chǎn)需要調(diào)校烘烤溫度、輸 送速度及時間,能大大提高生產(chǎn)效率,使用簡潔方便。
  烘道線的輸送方式：網(wǎng)鏈?zhǔn)健⒕W(wǎng)帶式、串桿式、鐵弗龍式、皮帶式。加熱方式：電熱管+運風(fēng)、石英管加熱、柴油燃燒器加熱、遠(yuǎn)紅外線輻射加熱。
