PVA又稱海棉棒——采用高密度親水分子的PVA發(fā)泡海棉制成，其微孔之間相互連通，吸水性能好，干燥快，較好的耐腐蝕性能，用它來吸除表面水份十分理想。
廣泛應(yīng)用于玻璃制品，鋼板，鋁板等行業(yè)其產(chǎn)品面板的清洗，壓液，吸水，脫水工序中。對其產(chǎn)品表面的水滴進(jìn)行全面快速吸干。材料一般為PVA（聚乙烯醇）發(fā)泡海綿；規(guī)格有內(nèi)徑（ф5–ф100）外徑（ф200以內(nèi)）（L10–L2000）等，可根據(jù)不同尺寸規(guī)格定制
產(chǎn)品由親水性高分子PVA（聚乙烯醇）制成的海綿吸水輥、屬連續(xù)式氣孔發(fā)泡，分子內(nèi)有0h基，親水性能優(yōu)，能快捷吸干板面水份，彈性佳，不會(huì)刮傷物體表面，可廣泛應(yīng)用于印制電路板。玻璃制品，不銹鋼板等其它面板的清洗，吸水，壓液，脫水等工序中。
技術(shù)指標(biāo)：
1、吸水能力可達(dá)到自身重量的8-10倍
2、正常使用壽命3-6個(gè)月

1、使用溫度不超過60度，否則會(huì)老化和縮短使用壽命
